6,280 clusters with full valuations. Concentration clusters are computed from 687K parcels using normalized mailing-address matching. Every cluster includes market value aggregation, absentee ratio, and dollar-weighted concentration score.

The report is generated from public DFW Metro West-area appraisal district records. Owner names and mailing addresses are normalized, then clustered by mailing address using the same methodology applied to all NPA county reports. Government-owned properties, registered-agent addresses, corporate campus HQs, and commercial mail receiving agency (CMRA) addresses are excluded from clustering.
