Harris County anchors the Houston metropolitan area and is the third most populous county in the United States. This is the largest county dataset in the entire NPA catalog — 1,383,280 parcels mapped into 21,355 ownership concentration clusters with $181.6 billion of aggregate clustered appraised value. Coverage extends across Houston, Pasadena, Baytown, La Porte, and the full perimeter of unincorporated Harris County.
Aggregate clustered appraised value: $181.6B.
Largest NPA county dataset — 1.38M parcels. Harris County exceeds every other county in the NPA catalog by more than 80 percent. The scale means cluster patterns here carry statistical weight unmatched by any other single report. 21,355 clusters were identified from Harris Central Appraisal District certified data, with full market valuations for every parcel.
Virtual-office exclusions pre-seeded. The Westheimer corridor and Energy Corridor in Houston are known heavy-concentration zones for commercial mail receiving agencies (CMRAs) and private mailbox services. These addresses were pre-seeded into the NPA virtual office exclusion list before clustering, ensuring that apparent concentrations at registered-agent or mail-drop addresses do not appear in the cluster roster.
Full market valuations + year built. Every Harris County parcel ingested includes total market value (tot_mkt_val from HCAD PDATA) and year built joined from the building_res.txt detail table. This enables both dollar-weighted concentration analysis and pre-1950 housing stock detection across the Houston metro.
Out-of-state operators visible. Harris County ownership data reveals concentration clusters linked to mailing addresses outside Texas, including institutional SFR operators headquartered in New York, California, and Florida. The report identifies every out-of-state cluster with entity counts, parcel counts, and aggregate valuations.
Flagship Texas product. Harris County is the flagship entry in the Texas catalog and should be purchased individually by any professional focused exclusively on the Houston market. For broader Texas exposure, see the Houston Metro 2-County Bundle (Harris + Fort Bend) or the Texas Statewide 8-County Bundle.
